Einstein said, "All of my discovery and invention are because I stayed to be like a child." It is true. The Unquenchable curiosity of the child can result into great inventions, can perform even the miracle. We always complain that, If God exits, why do not we see him/her. I would recommend, see the beauty and innocence of the child-you will see the God.
2. Learn something new. Do something creative
Think of a subject that you wish you knew more about and spend 15 minutes on the Internet reading about it, or go to a bookstore and buy a book about it. But be honest! Pick a topic that really interests you, not something you think you "should" or "need to" learn about.
Some people worry that wanting to be happier is a selfish goal, but in fact, research shows that happier people are more sociable, likable, healthy, and productive―and they're more inclined to help other people. By working to boost your own happiness, you're making other people happier, too.

8. Find happiness in the job you have now.
Many people expect the right job or the right career to dramatically change their level of happiness, but happiness research makes it clear that your level of optimism and the quality of your relationships eclipse the satisfaction you gain from your job.[6] If you have a positive outlook, you will make the best of any job, and if you have good relationships with people, you won't depend on your job to give your life a greater sense of meaning. You'll find it in your interactions with the people you care about. Now that doesn't mean you shouldn't aspire towards a job that will make you happier; it means you should understand that the capacity of your job to make you happy is quite small in comparison to your outlook on life and your relationships with people.
9. Learn to be content
In today's world, there is an overwhelming pressure to buy, buy , buy. You need this car. You need this furniture. You need these shoes. But the truth is, you probably don’t need them. Getting on the consumption merry go round will benefit only the marketers, those who want to profit from you.
Don’t fall for this consumption trap! A roof over your head, the clothes on your back and three square meals a day should basically be it.

13. Go out for a walk
If there's one thing that's virtually guaranteed to make you feel better, it's going for a walk. Walking is one of the most therapeutic things any person can do. The fact that so few of us do it anymore is probably a big factor for the growth of professional therapy.
I'm not talking about power walking, or a jogging, or even purposeful marching. What I'm talking about is an aimless wander somewhere. Walking for its own sake. Do so for at least half an hour. You'll be amazed how much better it will make you feel.
Preferably, choose somewhere picturesque, such as a park or a beach or up to a hill with a view. Everyone has somewhere nice like that not more than a short drive away. But if you can't make it somewhere picturesque for whatever reason, just go for a walk nearby
14. Sit in silence for atleast 15 minutes each day
15. Spend time with people over the age of 70 and with children or your kids.
16. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
17. don’t try to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
18. Recognize and celebrate small achievements
Don't aim too high as small goals are equally important. Always remember little droplets makeup the ocean. Your small achievements and virtues will also prove your worth. Set up a small goal as per your capability and celebrate it when it is accomplished.
19. Forget the past
One of the keys to happiness is a bad memory. You won’t be happy if you carry the burden of the past. Did you make mistakes? Did you have terrible experiences? Whatever they are, you should let them go. There’s nothing you can do about the past, so you’d better let them go and focus your energy on the present.
20. Be who you are
You can only be happy if you become who you are. Don’t live other people’s life by trying to meet their expectations. People may expect you to have certain job or certain way of living but don’t be intimidated by them. Find who you are and be yourself.
Be happy, keep smiling, be positive, enjoy nature and have fun !!!
